The platform enables the Owners/ Managers to track the competence development of their officers and crew on-line at any given time. It also allows the companies to have documented evidence on the training and improvement actions they are doing and can show during inspection, audit or vetting by authorities or oil majors. For tanker companies , this will give a number of benefits that will help improve their TMSA ratings.
The competence development platform can be made with basic requirements or advanced and customized information depending on the companies' needs . The platform provides the following functionalities:
